What we collect

• The screenshot you upload and the profile details you confirm (name, handle, follower count).
• Your email address and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Your IP address and the time you confirmed permission to use the profile.

How we use it

Only to create and deliver your video, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

Your screenshot is sent to our AI providers (fal.ai and the models it hosts) to read the profile and generate the character and video. Payments are handled by Stripe. Our servers run on Amazon Web Services and are protected by Cloudflare.

Retention

Screenshots and generated videos are deleted automatically 30 days after your order. Order records needed for accounting are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your files earlier, or to access or correct your data, by emailing us with your order link.
