Automatic refunds

If we can't generate your video — even after an automatic retry — we refund your payment in full, automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Free regeneration

Every order includes one free regeneration. If you're not happy with the first result, use the “Regenerate for free” button on your order page.

Other requests

Because each video is generated on demand and costs us money to produce, delivered videos are generally not refundable. If something is clearly wrong (for example, the wrong follower count), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Timing

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
